Run 4 Justice
The #Run4Justice initiative was born out of the realization that we all need to take action to effectively change the course of the administration of justice in Nigeria. Our mission is to engage actors and stakeholders within the justice system, including the public, legal professionals, and other Users, to transform the culture, values, ethics, and quality of justice delivery in Nigeria.
Over the past 5 years, Mr. Osaro Eghobamien, SAN, the Managing Partner of Perchstone & Graeys and #Run4Justice Ambassador, has run a 42km marathon under the auspices of the Access Bank/Lagos City Marathon. This marathon serves as a demonstration of the integrity, determination, and passion required to bring about reform, particularly in a conservative sector like the justice delivery system. Mr. Osaro Eghobamien, SAN continues to run as an ambassador to improve the selection, promotion, and discipline of Judges, support a virtual remote court system, and enhance the quality of legal education.
This year at the finish line were Hon Justice Faaji Admin Judge of the Federal High court Lagos, Mr Tolu Aderemi the Director JAALS Foundation, Mr Ekoro, the country representative of JAALS Foundation and all other supporters of justice reform were all present to receive the marathoner upon arrival.
